As we had informed you of the Session’s decision last Sunday, starting March 20th, the wearing of the masks will be left up to individuals. Very thankfully, COVID cases and the spread of the Omicron have eased and based on that fact, a good number of states are lowering the COVID prevention policies.
It has been 2 full years since the pandemic broke. Depending on how you look at it, the 2 years duration may have seemed long or short to you. Regardless, you did your best to endure, overcome, and continue to rely on God as you cared for your family members, friends and brothers and sisters in Christ. May God bless you for the love and hard work you had put it!
The church is moving along with some momentum and vitality. Much of facilities are up-to-par for conducting services and having fellowship. A good number of our brothers and sisters are hard at work in putting the worship services together, preparing meals for fellowship and the Jubilee Special Committee is lining up programs and ministries for our 50th year!
With the easing of the pandemic, may your relationship with God be restored and revitalized. May you glorify the Father, uplift the Son and walk with the Holy Spirit as you pour out your energy and love to God. That is where we will find true meaning for life and enjoy the blessings to follow.
Praying for the eradication of COVID,
Pastor Steven Jhu
