Christ Be Magnified

Rev. Aaron Kwon

Congratulations to all the seniors (High School and College) for completing a big chapter of their lives. Some of them already had their graduation, and others will have theirs very soon. What a joyful moment for them, for their families, and for our beloved church to see all the graduates flourish academically. They have worked so hard throughout these past years, and now, they are walking to receive their diplomas and/or degrees. Give them all the credit for their hard work.

At the same time, let us not forget that their accomplishments haven’t been completed on their own; it was also by God’s grace and strength that each one of them was able to finish the race diligently.

That being said, to celebrate this milestone in life, let me direct you to a worship song called “Christ be magnified” by Cody Carnes. In the chorus, the artist declares, “Oh! Christ be magnified, let His praise arise, Christ be magnified in me.

Oh! Christ be magnified, from the altar of my life, Christ be magnified in me.”

There are many reasons why God should be praised – for who He is, for all His works, and for so much more. And during this time of the year,

God should be praised especially for helping all of our students graduate from their perspective schools. Let Christ be magnified in our lives as we all celebrate their graduations. Once again, congratulations!
